Our Warranty
Our Number One Goal is to repair every item you send us and return it safely and in perfect working order. This is the gold standard that we strive to achieve with each and every repair. A warranty is provided for all repairs.
Standard Repairs are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, under normal conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated.*
Servo Motors are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated.*
If Advantage Group Innovations, LLC returns your repaired item to you and it does not seem to be functioning properly, we want to be the first to know about it so we can make it right! The few warranty returns we get are handled with priority status.
** Important Warranty Details **
Our warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, cannibalization of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environment exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage, handling by the customer, or unauthorized maintenance or repair.
Limited Liability
Our sole obligation for a warranted unit is Advantage Group Innovations, LLC’s option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective product. In no event shall Advantage Group Innovations, LLC be liable for any damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of any repair services or remanufactured goods.
